Japan:Designated Smoking "Boxes"

On my way to Harajuku I was passing by Shibuya Square and came across these designated smoking "boxes".So,if any of you smokers wanna kill yourselves,you can do so without killing us non-smokers.They even put plants & decor to make it feel like a lounge...Haha!NYC we need this!
